This Privacy Policy explains how Tower Climber Chronicles (the “App”), provided by Adele Kinkela (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the App. By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described below.

Depending on how you use the App, we may process the following categories of information:

• Device and technical information: device model, operating system version, language, IP address, advertising identifiers, app version, crash logs, and diagnostic data.
• Gameplay and usage information: level progress, scores, achievements, interactions, session duration, virtual items, feature usage, and advertising interactions.
• Purchase and subscription information: product identifiers, purchase status, renewal status, and transaction confirmation. Apple processes payments; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
• Support information: information you choose to provide when contacting us, including the content of your request and related technical details.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to operate and improve the App; save progress and preferences; provide gameplay, rewards, events, and subscriptions; diagnose errors and prevent abuse; measure performance and advertising; respond to support requests; comply with legal obligations; and protect users, our rights, and the integrity of the App.

3. Advertising, Analytics, and Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, attribution, cloud hosting, and purchases. These providers may collect device, usage, diagnostic, and advertising information under their own privacy policies. Where required, we request permission before accessing tracking identifiers or using information for cross-app tracking. You can manage tracking permissions in your device settings.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Available plans may include a weekly subscription at $4.99, a monthly subscription at $9.99, and a yearly subscription at $99.99. Prices may vary by region and will be shown before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information to service providers that support App operations, analytics, advertising, purchases, security, and customer support; to authorities when legally required; to protect rights and safety; or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of assets. Providers may process information only for their contracted purpose and subject to applicable law.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You can reset or limit advertising identifiers, manage tracking permission, control notifications, manage subscriptions, or remove the App using your device settings. Some requests may require verification and may be subject to legal exceptions.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is listed for users aged 17 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so appropriate action can be taken.

9. International Data Transfers

Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and handle information in accordance with applicable privacy law.

10. California and Other Regional Notices
